Blank camp forms can be downloaded from the below links. All camp registrants receive a personalized link via email to upload their completed forms. Please follow your link to complete all required information and upload the completed health forms.

Important 2025 Camp Dates:

January 15: VIP registration opens

January 22: Early bird registration opens to the general public

March 12: Early bird deadline

April 30: Change/Cancellation deadline

May 1: All camp fees due

May 1: All forms due

June 11: Last day of ECE & JLounge After-School Program

June 16: First day of camp

August 22: Last day of camp

August 25: First day of ECE & JLounge After-School Program

Camp Policies

We think that camp should be fun and flexible! Since sometimes plans can change, we allow families to make changes or cancellations until April 30 and receive a full refund. On or after May 1, cancellations and changes may be made up to one week prior to the start of a session, with any refunds being returned as a credit to your JCC account, minus a $35 administrative fee. To receive member pricing, campers must be part of a family membership from the time of registration until the end of the sessions they are registered for.
