Terrence Baker

Interests: Chasing around my two year old daughter.
Specialties: Sports-specific training, Strength/Functional training, Youth training and Active older adult.

Jenn Dietz

Credentials: ACE Group Exercise Instructor Certification, AAAI/ISMA Personal Trainer Certification, BodyPump, Group STEP, Group Groove, Zumba Tabata Bootcamp, Silver Sneakers Classic, TRX Suspension Training qualified
Interests: Cooking, family time, fitness hiking
Specialties: "Average" person's exercise, deconditioned, young, or beginners.

Lisa Ellenberger

Hometown: Coopersburg, PA
Credentials: Bachelor of Science from DeSales University, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR and First Aid Certification through the American Heart Association. Coached Girls on the Run of the Lehigh Valley and also volunteered for Lose the Training Wheels and St. Michael's CYO Cross Country.
Interests: Being outside, running (especially when it's warm and sunny or freshly snowy) and walking with friends. I also like saving money and reading.
Specialties: Running (sprinting and long distance), stretching, and running form.

Ryan Kopishke

Specialties: Individualized work out programs, functional fitness, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, stretches, and wide range of fitness and health knowledge.

Khary Linton

Gwen Sagula

Interests: In my free time I enjoy being a member of Concept 2 Rowers and recently completed a certified rowing marathon (42, 195 non-stop meters). I also enjoy reading and cooking
Specialties: I focus on MRT workouts (metabolic resistance training). Clients can achieve maximum results and workouts can be adapted for all fitness levels. I like to incorporate functional fitness with weight training.

Nolie Schneider

Nance Witzel
