Here at the J, we offer our members access to a variety of group exercise (GROUPx) classes. Our GROUPx programming is designed to cover a range of exercises suitable for all ages and skill levels, as well as, encourage the development of community. Classes are offered every day of the week and at varying times in order to best meet your scheduling needs. End your day with a relaxing yoga class. If you're looking for something to get your heart pumping, check out our cycling class. Not sure which class is best for you? Talk to one of our friendly instructors, personal trainers, or Fitness Center floor attendants about a personal fitness assessment.

Jenn Dietz Education: Bloomsburg University, BA Psychology Certifications:
Fitness Philosophy: Practice FUNctional Fitness. I am a strong believer that the body was made to MOVE! Once you stop moving, it’s harder to get going again, so move every day! To borrow a quote from a world-class trainer I had the privilege of learning from… “In fitness we make the easy things harder so that the hard things will be easy”. Classes: Cycling, Silver Sneakers, Fit for Life, Core & More, Circuit Fun Facts: I used to coach elementary Cross Country and Track & Field (but I really don’t like to run). I also love to cook & eat! |

Fitness Philosophy: I have a passion for all things Zumba. I started taking Zumba classes after my 100+ pound weight loss in 2007. My main goal is to make the participants comfortable with becoming a better version of themselves via Zumba classes. Classes: Zumba Fun Facts: I live with my husband, mom, and my 3 furbabies in Allentown. |
