GROUPx

In-person (outdoor) group exercise classes will resume starting Monday, July 6 for JCC members.

Before attending GROUPx classes, please take note of the following:

  • Proceed directly to the class area; it is not required to come into the building.
  • Please follow signage and markings to maintain proper distancing.
  • Use hand sanitizer before and after class.
  • Check-in with the instructor to log your attendance.
  • Bring your own mat if required for the class (e.g., yoga).
  • Masks are not required when practicing proper distancing outdoors.
  • Check our Facebook page and/or Wellness at the J Facebook group for cancellations due to inclement weather.
  • Restrooms are available outside and inside.
  • Please do not arrive early or stay late, to avoid cross-exposure with other programs.

Here at the J, we offer our members access to a variety of group exercise (GROUPx) classes. Our GROUPx programming is designed to cover a range of exercises suitable for all ages and skill levels, as well as, encourage the development of community. Classes are offered every day of the week and at varying times in order to best meet your scheduling needs. End your day with a relaxing yoga class.
