Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program

Grades 9 & 10

Session I: Weeks 2, 3 & 4 | June 22 - July 10

Session II: Weeks 6, 7 & 8 | July 20 - August 7

A CIT intake interview is required for acceptance to the program.

Learn the basics about working with children and what makes a great counselor. CITs get a guided transition from care-free camper to responsible counselor and participate in field trips, special events, Shabbat, and other all-camp activities.

CITs enjoy the fun of camp like a camper with added job training like our staff!

The CIT Program Provides:

An opportunity for personal growth and leadership development

A training program for future counselors and leaders

A great chance for teens entering grades 9 & 10 to learn new skills

Work experience for big kids
