SPECIAL EVENTS
From our Hanukkah celebration to our Purim Palooza carnival, our special events at the J are sure to be a hit for the whole family year-round. All of our programs and events are open to the community and everyone is invited. Spend your holidays with your JCC family.
Snacks in the Sukkah
- Wednesday, September 30 | 5-6pm
Join us to celebrate the holiday of Sukkot by shaking the lulav and eating some healthy snacks in the JCC's sukkah.
Family Shabbat Dinners
- Fridays | 5:30-7pm
- 9/18 - Spaghetti Dinner | Price: $20/Family | REGISTER
- 10/23 - Pizza Party
- 11/20 - Friendsgiving Potluck
Join us for a relaxed Friday night Shabbat dinner at the JCC and other local institutions. The work week is hectic, so leave the planning to us! End the week among family, friends and community to kick off Shabbat and the weekend. Advanced registration is required; please check our website for dietary laws observed for each specific event. SAVE THE DATE: Hanukkah Community Candle Lighting
- Tuesday, December 8 | 5:30-6pm
Join us in the JCC lobby to light the menorah, sing Hanukkah songs, and eat some latkes (potato pancakes) and sufganiyot (jelly donuts)!
ECE Shabbat Parties
- Fridays | 9:30-10am
- All Ages | Free

YIDDISH CLUB & CLASS
Experience the joys of Yiddish. The group meets weekly to discuss topics like cooking, politics, humor, music and all kinds of entertainment in the Yiddish language. All are welcome to join this lively, weekly discussion. There is something for everyone no matter if you know a few words, or are a fluent speaker. Enjoy fun, fellowship, stories and more.
