JCC Early Childhood alum, Owen Oselkin has just released his first book, "Oh Dinosaur, Oh Dinosaur", which is now proudly featured on JCC Library shelves!
The book explores what might have caused the extinction of dinosaurs—and whether they are truly gone. Through rhyming couplets and colorful illustrations, readers will discover the many possibilities behind the disappearance of these prehistoric creatures and uncover what really happened to them. At the end of the book, readers are invited to draw their own dinosaurs, adding a personal touch to the story.
Author and illustrator Owen Oselkin began working Oh Dinosaur, Oh Dinosaur at the age of five, originally writing it as a song to the tune of O Christmas Tree. As his love of dinosaurs grew, Owen started sketching scenes for the book, which eventually evolved into the beloved story you see today.
