NEW BUILDING ENTRANCE POLICY
Effective Monday, September 11, 2023:
- All JCC members and participants (SilverSneakers/RenewActive/
GymPass) must check in at the Welcome Desk (unless entering through the ECE Washington St. doors), either by scanning their key fob/card or participant ID card. Those without their fob/card can be manually checked in by the Welcome Desk associate. - All others must present a photo ID at the Welcome Desk, which will be scanned by the Raptor system. Individuals under the age of 18 do not need to show ID if accompanied by a parent/guardian.
You will notice new access control gates on either side of the Welcome Desk. When you enter the building, please enter on the right side of the desk. When you leave, please exit on the opposite side. Currently, a Welcome Desk associate will manually release the entry gate after you check in, although this will eventually be automated via your key fob. The exit gates utilize a motion sensor that will open the gates as you approach them.
