ALLENTOWN, Pa. - It was a festive start to Hanukkah in the Lehigh Valley.

There were many activities for kids to kick off the holiday Sunday afternoon at the Jewish Community Center of the Lehigh Valley in Allentown.

"We have eight crazy stations for eight crazy nights of Hanukkah that all involve different aspects of the holiday, from dreidel making to Menorah making, latke tasting, donut decorating. All different ways to celebrate," said Allyson Wiener-Avraham, Jewish education coordinator at JCC.

The adults joined in with many of the activities to make a fun time for the whole family.
