Elements of Fitness Challenge
Make fitness all fun and games from exercises, to nutrition and overall wellness, you will have a blast while keeping your heart pumping. Be the first to complete all 21 elements of fitness and receive a prize. Participants will get a punch card to track their progress.

|21 ELEMENTS OF FITNESS|
Balance on the bosu ball while telling a trainer what you love about exercising
Give someone a compliment
Complete a 5k (3.1 miles) on any cardio equipment
Do 10 reps on the chest fly machine in the Fitness Center
Take any evening class
Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day and log it
Post feedback about your favorite class, instructor, or trainer in the "Wellness at the J" Facebook Group
Spell "fitness" with the alphabet workout chart
Do 10 lunges on each side
Hold any leg stretch for 30 seconds on each side
Tell a trainer something positive about the work they do
Hold a side plank for 30 seconds on each side
Tell a trainer something that you have done that you are proud of
Do 10 reps on your favorite strength machine in the Fitness Center
Print a healthy smoothie recipe
Spell a five letter word using the alphabet workout chart
Go up and down the stairs two times in a row
Ask a trainer to teach you a new exercise and try it with them
Take any weekend class
Track your water and drink 64oz in a day
Show a trainer a picture or video of you doing a yoga pose
Don't forget to get your card punched by a fitness staff person after completing each element.

All participants will receive a phone pocket holder and a free 30 personal training session when signing up and $5 off a JCC program coupon upon finishing the challenge.
