Elements of Fitness Challenge

Make fitness all fun and games from exercises, to nutrition and overall wellness, you will have a blast while keeping your heart pumping. Be the first to complete all 21 elements of fitness and receive a prize. Participants will get a punch card to track their progress.

Don't forget to get your card punched by a fitness staff person after completing each element.

PRIZES

 1st Place: 3 free functional training sessions + stainless steel water bottle + $25 in JBucks

2nd Place: 2 free functional training sessions + stainless steel water bottle

3rd Place: 1 free functional training session + stainless steel water bottle

All participants will receive a phone pocket holder and a free 30 personal training session when signing up and $5 off a JCC program coupon upon finishing the challenge.
