Friends at 5: Moai Social Support Group

Blue Zones Project is a community well-being improvement initiative inspired by the Okinawan tradition of Moai — a lifelong support group of neighbors and friends sharing common goals and interests which increases quality of life and longevity.

Meet others for regular informal get-togethers at the JCC. There will be light snacks, conversation, and activities for people of all ages. Open to JCC Members and Participants.
