Here at the J, we offer our members access to a variety of group exercise (GROUPx) classes. Our GROUPx programming is designed to cover a range of exercises suitable for all ages and skill levels, as well as, encourage the development of community. Classes are offered every day of the week and at varying times in order to best meet your scheduling needs. End your day with a relaxing yoga class.
