Everyone has had some kind of experience dealing with stress. It is not always fun, however, we do have a choice in how we respond to stressful situations. Our choices affect our grades, activities, and relationships. Having stress and flexibility skills can turn a really, really bad day into an "I can handle this" kind of day!

Why is public speaking so stressful? Because we do not know where to start, how to finish, stand, move or where to look. These are a few reasons that make public speaking the number one fear. Learn the fundamentals of communication so you can present with confidence!

DALE CARNEGIE TEEN CLASS 2: Leadership & Relationship Skills

  • Sunday, April 8
  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm
  • Price: $49
  • Register before 2/14 to get $10 off one class or $20 off both classes

Being a leader is as much about what you do as well as who you are. Where you take greater risks to be more fearless, enthusiastic, approachable, flexible, and optimistic. Leaders set the pace not so much to walk ahead of others, but to walk besides them.

Learn to strengthen people skills, how to win enthusiastic cooperation from others and how to disagree respectfully.
